Terms of Service Create and Educate’s Terms and Conditions TERMS OF PARTICIPATION Please read carefully by purchasing this product you (herein referred to as "Client") agrees to follow the terms stated herein. PROGRAM/SERVICE Create and Educate, LLC. (herein referred to as "C and E" or "Company") agrees to provide Program, “How to Conduct Business with K-12 Schools“ (herein referred to as "Program”) identified in the online commerce shopping cart. The client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program. DISCLAIMER Client understands the company has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure contracts for the Client; (2) act as an agent for the client; Client is responsible for completing tasks that will secure contracts with schools. FEES The fee for Conducting Business with K-12 Schools is paid in full or broken into payment increments specified by the client. A down payment is required. If you choose to pick the payment plan option, you are responsible for all payments due plus any additional fees and sales are final. METHODS OF PAYMENT If Client elects to pay by monthly installments, Client authorizes the Company to charge Client’s credit card or debit card. If the Client elects to pay in full, the Client may pay by credit card or debit card. QUALITY OF WORK GUARANTEE The Company guarantees the quality of the Program. The client understands there are no guarantees to outcomes due to variables outside of the Company’s direct control. CANCELLATION POLICY The program is non-cancelable and non-refundable for everyone who enrolls in the Program. The Company will allow for freezes. The client may request to postpone, delay, and or enroll in the next scheduled program without penalty due to reasons not limited to natural disasters, and/or terminal illness. The client understands that payments are due as specified in the current payment plan, regardless of a delay request or other issues. All delay requests are discretionary as determined by Create and Educate, LLC. CHANGES TO TERMS The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Program is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates. MATERIALS All of the materials in the course to include the recordings, PDF Files and workbook belong to Create and Educate, LLC. and should not be downloaded, copied, sold, or shared. The course materials and information taught by the trainers are the intellectual property of Create and Educate, LLC. and should not be duplicated in any shape or form. The client waives any right to inspect or approve the product or material in which my Likeness may be used. The client agrees that C&E is and will be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the above-referenced materials, including all copyrights and any other intellectual property rights therein. AGREEMENT This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understanding between the parties on the subject matter hereof.
